By mixing traditional storytelling techniques with innovative cinematography and animation, the incredible Indianapolis-based team at Scofield Digital Storytelling and I utilize live-action video production and various unique animation styles, in conjunction with thorough understanding of the goals and strategy behind the production, to deliver videos and commercials to clients that engage audiences and get results.

My 20+ year experience working with a wide variety of clients (from Fortune 500s to SMBs) on a various marketing, advertising, and entertainment projects (feature films to social media posts) has taught me some tremendous lessons – which I bring to each and every project I work on. 

So not only do I know and appreciate when we may want to use a $50,000 lens, I also know when using an iPhone and free editing software might be the right way to go. 

Plus, I’m constantly broadening my knowledgebase and bringing those learnings to my clients, including attending leading video and marketing conferences such as: NAB Show, Social Media Marketing World, and the Midwest Digital Marketing Conference

An elevated aesthetic and service-first approach.

My work today brings all of my experiences together: from learning a service-first approach to business working at my grandfather’s Texaco gas station as a child, to writing, recording, and touring with rock bands, to entering the industry as a creative video editor in the Chicago advertising scene, to my photography projects. These experiences, combined with the 1000s of projects I’ve worked on including ones for companies and entertainment outlets like Coca-Cola, MasterCard, Gatorade, and HBO and advertising agencies like Leo BurnettOgilvy, and Publicis, have shaped my approach to every video and animation project I produce today.
